1. Platform Purpose

Dwellr is a marketplace platform that connects people with accommodation providers across hostels, apartments, rooms, houses, guesthouses, and lodges. Verification status is shown on each listing. We provide listing, verification, and lead generation services. We do not directly rent or lease properties.

3. Availability & Pricing

Listing availability and prices shown on our platform are subject to confirmation. We strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, but we recommend confirming details directly through our WhatsApp support before making any commitments.

4. No Direct Rent Collection

Dwellr does not collect rent payments on behalf of any property. All rent, deposit, and fee transactions are handled directly between the renter and the property management. We are not liable for any financial transactions between renters and property managers.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries and to use the platform for legitimate accommodation-seeking purposes only. False or spam inquiries may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dwellr acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any listed accommodation. We verify information to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
